There’s never a bad time for a ride, as long as you have the right bike for the trip. From Saturday morning on the trail, Monday out on the farm, to Friday night in the city, the Honda CRF250L is prepared for anything. Wearing sharp new CRF450R-derived bodywork, the dual-purpose ready-for-anything CRF250L has optimum power and torque, digital dash with tachometer and fuel gauge. Add handguards, a windscreen, skid plate and off-road capable suspension and you’ve got the perfect bike for whatever happens next.

Key features

Disc brakes

The CRF250L models feature front and rear hydraulic discs for excellent stopping power and brake feel, both for on- and off-road use.

Tough, economical engine

A single is the perfect choice for a bike like the CRF250L. It’s light, simple, returns excellent fuel economy and features a broad power band with plenty of low-revving torque—just what you want in this type of a motorcycle. Fuel injection also means it’ll start right up, even in cold weather. Compared to a carburetted bike, it also helps reduce emissions and enhance performance and fuel efficiency.

Premium suspension

Thanks to our single-shock Pro-Link rear suspension, the CRF250L delivers excellent comfort, traction and handling, while also improving rider confidence. An inverted Showa® fork features large 43mm sliders. That makes it strong and helps add to the CRF250L’s excellent handling in on and off-road conditions.

The PGM-FI feeds fuel/air mixture through a 38mm throttle body (up from 36mm) and draws air from the airbox via a direct connecting tube. The exhaust muffler has a diameter of 115mm, houses the catalyser and uses two chambers: it’s 450g lighter than the previous design and a larger bore downpipe helps the engine breathe and make more power.

Comfortable seating position

With a long, motocross-style seat, you can move forward and back, left and right with ease, helping you navigate changing terrain in comfort.

Digital instrumentation

The CRF250L’s digital instrument cluster is integrated with the headlight visor, and gives you all the information you need: Speedometer, clock, twin tripmeter, fuel gauge, and more.
